Description:
We are currently seeking an experienced medical receptionist to join our specialist practice to cover at least 4 weekdays a week. No weekends and child-friendly hours. Happy to wait for the right candidate.
Some of the duties include providing exceptional reception and administrative support. Typical duties include managing appointment booking, phone calls and billings.
Essential Criteria:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to multitask and attention to detail
- Must maintain a strict level of confidentiality
- Positive mindset and problem solving skills
- Well presented at all times
- Team player and a genuine interest and commitment to patient care
- Excellent computer and typing skills and experience in Microsoft Word and Outlook
- Australian Citizen or Permanent Residency
Desirable Criteria:
- Prior experience as a medical receptionist
- Experience with medical software program Genie
- Flexibility to cover staff as required
Above award rates are commensurate with experience.
