Our clinic in Ashfield are currently seeking a Medical Receptionist to join the team on a full time basis with shifts scheduled between 8:30am-5:30pm Monday to Friday.

As a Medical Receptionist, you'll play a crucial role in ensuring smooth clinic operations. Your responsibilities will include:
Patient Interaction:
- Greet patients and other callers professionally and courteously.
- Assist patients with appointment scheduling.
- Explain intake forms to new patients.
- Manage medical records confidentially and efficiently.
- Handle internal emails and enquiries.
- Work autonomously and as part of a team.
- Communicate with referring doctors and hospital staff courteously.
- Ensure accurate storage and retrieval of patient and practice records.
- Maintain patient personal and financial information confidentiality.
- Complete recalls and follow privacy protocols.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Intermediate computer skills (knowledge of medical software and Microsoft Office Suite).
- Bubbly personality and ability to think on your feet.
- Calm under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
