Project Coordinator
What you'll do:
As a Project Coordinator, you will play a key role in organising and managing various projects within our University client's organisation. Your day-to-day responsibilities will involve coordinating project activities, liaising with clients, monitoring project progress, handling any arising issues, and ensuring effective communication among all participants.
- Coordinate project management activities, resources, equipment and information
- Break projects into doable actions and set timeframes
- Liaise with clients to identify and define requirements, scope and objectives
- Ensure that clients’ needs are met as the project evolves
- Monitor project progress and handle any issues that arise
- Diary management and Secretariat support
What you bring:
- 5+years experience as a Project Coordinator in tertiary education
- Solid organisational skills, including multitasking and time-management
- Strong interpersonal skills
- Ability to work in a busy team and work against competing deadlines
