IT Project Coordinator needed for a system implementation initiative in Financial Services
Your new company
You will work for a large Financial Services organisation based in Sydney.
Your new role
You will be part of a team responsible for distributing the organisations platform and diverse products to the retail market. They're currently running 2 IT projects where they're implementing different onboarding systems, so as a Technology Project Coordinator, you will be responsible for tracking these projects, including simple activities and complex plans. You will also work alongside relationship managers and external clients to go through the different data and information to get the new system up and running. You will be responsible for coordinating with the business and internal stakeholders to make sure different new materials are available.
What you'll need to succeed

Proven experience as a Technical Project Coordinator or Project Officer

Proven experience in project facilitation and implementation

Strong organisational skills, including time-management, and experience with project governance and presentation

Strong organisational and time management skills and the ability to work independently and under pressure.

Proficiency in MS Office Suite

Excellent communication skills
What you'll get in return
You will gain a 6-month contract with a high chance of extension, and you will earn $550 per day + super. You will be part of a supportive team and will enjoy a hybrid working arrangement.
