  • Competitive hourly rate of $42.07 per hour + super
  • Work in a centrally located Bathurst office

Do you thrive in a fast-paced environment and enjoy engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders? As a Customer Service Officer, you will play a vital role in delivering professional, friendly and courteous customer service to a broad range of internal and external customers.

Your Day to Day:
  • Data entry into forms to request work from service providers & Seeking quotes from service providers
  • Word processing in Microsoft products and Departmental customer information databases
  • Minute taking during meetings e.g. Case Conferences
  • Office administration tasks such as printing, copying, filing, scanning and data entry
  • Appointment booking via phone or emails
  • Liaise with other government agencies for key client documentation
  • General purchasing including credit card transactions & purchase orders.
About you:
  • Proven experience in a customer service role - government experience is highly regarded
  • Sound administration experience
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Microsoft Product experience – Word, Excel, Outlook, MS Teams
The successful candidate will be required to have/obtain a working with children check, ChildStory check and National Criminal History Record Check in accordance with the Disability Inclusion Act 2014
