Job Description : Southwest Airlines is currently seeking a motivated individual to join our team as a Call Center Assistant, working from home in Perth, Western Australia.
This part-time Associate Level position requires a minimum of 3 years of experience in a similar role. The ideal candidate will be hardworking, adaptable, have strong time management skills, and possess a creative mindset.
Responsibilities : - Answer incoming calls from customers regarding flight reservations, inquiries, and general information- Assist customers with booking flights, making changes to existing reservations, and addressing any concerns or issues they may have- Provide exceptional customer service by resolving customer complaints and ensuring a positive experience- Utilize computer systems to access and update customer information accurately- Collaborate with team members and other departments to ensure a seamless customer experience- Adhere to company policies and procedures at all timesRequirements : - Minimum 3 years of experience in a call center or customer service role- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written- Strong problem-solving abilities and the ability to think on your feet- Proficiency with computer systems and experience using customer relationship management (CRM) software- Ability to work independently and manage your time effectively- Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidaysBenefits include Paid Time Off (PTO), Life insurance, and Dental insurance.
