About the Role
In this role, you will hit the ground running and assist our team with:
- Various and diverse project support;
- ServiceNow and inbox coordination;
- Internal and external stakeholder engagement;
- Secretariat support across multiple projects;
- Attendance at career expos to promote projects;
- Presentation design for various stakeholder presentations;
- Vision 6 newsletter development;
- Liaise with HR Graphic Design, Finance, Computers for Teachers and Payroll as required;
- Data capture and management;
- Administrative duties.
