As the Deli Manager, your role involves skillfully Managing your Deli Department under the guidance of the Store Manager. Integral to the team, you play a crucial part in presenting the highest quality goods, providing excellent customer service, meeting sales targets, overseeing financial aspects, and ensuring compliance with health and safety standards of your team.
Skills & Experience
* Management background in a fresh food setting, preferably within the Supermarket or Hospitality sector
* Possess a strong comprehension of high-quality Deli fresh foods
* Understanding of local market and seasonal trends
* Understand food safety standards and hold a Food Handling Certificate
* Have the ability to work in a fast paced environment
