The RolePerfect opportunity for an experienced Property Manager to join a hardworking & supportive team. Receive fantastic mentorship & support from the PM Leadership team.
This is a full-time position working within a team of two as a "pod" where this buddy system gives you time and division of workload to allow you to create an amazing customer service journey and love coming into work each day.
Work Monday to Friday with 1 Saturday shift every 2 months and the following Friday as RDO.
Life as a Property Manager:
- Day to day running of a portfolio - managing owners, tenants and administration along side another PM
- Support provided by leasing consultants, administration, new business and trust accounting teams
- Conducting regular routine inspections
- Conducting rent reviews and lease renewals
- Liaising daily with landlords and tenants
- Working closely with the leasing and new business teams
- Organising repairs and maintenance
- Managing electronic filing
- Signing of leases
- Follow company procedures to a high standard and provide second to none customer service
- No accounts or leasing tasks including ingoing condition reports, open for inspections etc.
- No trust accounting - we have a dedicated team for that!
- Administration support
- Infinite avenues for internal progression - grow with the business long-term & have a progression plan for the future

- Experience as a Property Manager
- Current Certificate of Registration
- Exceptional organisation and prioritising skills
- Impeccable communication skills, both verbal and written
