About the role and company culture.
Our client is a leading HVAC services contractor in NSW - Due to newly landed projects, they are seeking an experienced Site Manager to manage medium-sized projects.
The sites include but aren't limited to hospitals, education, government, commercial high-rise, and retail.
The projects are valued between $1 - $ 5 million and are located in Sydney city or the northern suburbs.
Our client is well know contractor who has been operating for over 10 + years.
They have delivered some Sydney's leading projects including and are an iconic brand.
Day to Day duties but not limited to.
- Managing HVAC projects
- Managing on-site subbies and trades
- Managing safety and toolbox talks
- Making sure projects are delivered on time and within budget
- Reporting directly to the projects team
- Working on some of QLD's leading projects
Selection Criteria.
- Artick license
- Drivers license
- Strong time management
- Trade Qualified - Air conditioning
- Two recent references
