About the company and the role.
Our client is a tier one multi services contractor how has been operating for over 20 years.
Due to consistent growth across their HVAC projects division they are seeking an experienced minor works site manager.
The role is managing commercial refurbishments and HVAC fit our varying from $50k up to $1 million, with a strong senior management team and impressive brand behind them, this is a role for someone who wants to step into a larger organization.
Day to Day duties but not limited to.
- Managing on site subbies
- Managing builders and client relationships
- Managing materials and labour
- Managing OHS and safety
- Site walks throughs and working with senior management
- End to end projects delivery
- On site conflict resolution
Selection Criteria.
- Trade qualified mechanical
- Strong communication skills
- Strong time management
- Strong understanding of OHS
- Two references
- Projects experience up to $1.5 million
- Artick license
