Retail Banking Services (RBS) is the public face of CommBank, delivering a seamless banking experience for the future, to our 10 million + personal and small business customers. Within RBS domain sits Wealth and Private (W&P) comprising of Commonwealth Private, Wealth Partnerships and Guidance & Investing businesses.
Private Bank and Advice Experiences Crew's is established within CBA's agile delivery framework with a mission to Transform and Grow Private Bank and Advice.

As a Senior Project Manager, you will be required to build strong working relationships with key stakeholders to improve outcomes, drive emerging and evolving programs of work with varying stages of the project and different completion and compliance dates.
You will also

Effectively manage relationships and communications with project stakeholders, including customers and delivery teams.

Structure project team for success incorporating required skills from within the Group and sourcing resources from delivery partner organisations.

Communicate and report project activities, timelines, impacts and implications to project team members, stakeholders and staff.

Follow agile methodologies and cadences based on the CBA agile delivery framework (PACE)
-
Develop robust and achievable project plans to manage the delivery of quality project deliverables.

Balance schedule, cost and quality in reaching decisions relating to project delivery.
-
Track and manage project activities and deliverables to achieve agreed outcomes and identify and develop mitigation strategies to manage project interdependencies.

Manage relationships with vendors and third party suppliers.
-
Cross team collaboration and knowledge sharing with other project managers in their assigned projects. Participate in the overall development of Project Managers Cohort.

Manages organisational change requirements with the business and OCM professionals.

Evaluate effectiveness of project management tools, processes and methodologies, and make recommendations for continuous improvement. (e.g. JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint etc.)

Identifying, monitoring and implementing controls to mitigate key risks on the project.

Manage and resolve any potential conflict whilst facilitating all aspects of stakeholder relationships
We're interested in hearing from people who have:

Strong delivery background in delivering objectives and key results based projects in financial services

Strong experience working with projects impacting frontline stakeholders and businesses
-
Comfortable to work in ambiguous situations and hands-on approach to delivery and on-the job learning
-
Have demonstrated experience in Project Management, having managed multiple complex projects at a portfolio level is essential
-
Have skills in dealing with a diverse group of multiple senior level stakeholders
-
Show Knowledge and experience in using industry recognised project management and/or solution delivery methodologies.

Ability to multi-task and wear multiple hats based on the project requirements.
