The opportunity:
We are currently seeking a Senior Project Manager with Social infrastructure experience (education &/or health).
As Senior Project Manager you'll play a pivotal role in leading and delivering complex construction projects from concept to completion. Your expertise will drive success, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
You will be adept in client liaison, managing and developing client briefs, coordinating project resources, managing the design process and contract management.
With the ability to lead a team, managing both consultants and contractors, completing all reporting, risk management and compliance, ensuring quality and a seamless service to the client.
About you:

• Demonstrated experience in any of the following sectors; Government & independent education &/or health.
• Professional qualifications in Construction, Architecture, Engineering, Project Management highly beneficial
• Strong understanding in managing construction contracts & GC21 Contract Administration
• Confident, consultative and exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal with the potential to lead teams and forge positive internal and external relationships
• Strong business acumen, integrity, credibility and professionalism
• Highly motivated with a keen desire to learn, develop and be a valued team member
