The Company:

Your Role:
This is a newly created position where you will be responsible for ensuring the efficient operation of the office whilst also working with the Business Manager on a range of HR related activities to facilitate the well-being and productivity of the team.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
- Coordinating meeting rooms & company calendars
- Ordering supplies and ensuring office equipment is maintained
- Organising team events
- Taking meeting minutes
- Ensuring HR & WHS policies are up to date and being followed
- Updating & issuing employee contracts; onboarding of employees
- Working with the Business Manager to update job descriptions; implement KPI's; organise and participate in staff performance reviews
- Manage all leave applications and time sheets
- Provide admin support as required to the Directors
Essential Skills & Experience:
- Well-developed administrative skills and previous office management experience
- Exposure to HR related activities and WHS
- Strong organisation skills; attention to detail; and initiative
- Proficiency in Ms Word & Excel; some knowledge of MYOB an advantage
- Driver licence essential
