Office Manager for a Leading Sydney joinery company.
(Salary: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00)
· Working with directly with the Business owner and management team in a joinery company who works on high end residential projects from initial design through to completion.

DUTIES
- Provide high level support to the CEO and Team
- Lead a team to provide quality administrative support to the whole organisation.
- Daily management of the office (Team of 6)
- Diary management/Email Management
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conferences.
- Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems.
- Collaborate with various departments to ensure cross-functional efficiency.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of office policies and procedures.
- Accounting- reconciliations, payroll, account receivables and payables.
- Proficient in XERO.
- Organising client and supplier meetings, answering office phone calls and online enquiries from website.
- Recruitment- posting and managing job ads, working with recruitment companies when required.
- HR - Staff and client onboarding, performance reviews, staff, and client contracts.
- Working Hours are: 6.30am - 3.30pm or 7am - 4pm

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL
- 3 years + in a similar EA/Office management role
- Excellent communication and organisational skills
- Be able to multitask and prioritise tasks
- Strong attention to detail
- Strategic thinker and problem solver
- Good communication skills
- Proficient skills in
- 3YRS XERO, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, Monday.com

Pay: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
Schedule:
- Monday to Friday
- No weekends
