Office Manager for a Leading Sydney joinery company.

(Salary: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00)

· Working with directly with the Business owner and management team in a joinery company who works on high end residential projects from initial design through to completion.

DUTIES

  • Provide high level support to the CEO and Team
  • Lead a team to provide quality administrative support to the whole organisation.
  • Daily management of the office (Team of 6)
  • Diary management/Email Management
  • Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments, and conferences.
  • Maintain and update company records, databases, and filing systems.
  • Collaborate with various departments to ensure cross-functional efficiency.
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to the development of office policies and procedures.
  • Accounting- reconciliations, payroll, account receivables and payables.
  • Proficient in XERO.
  • Organising client and supplier meetings, answering office phone calls and online enquiries from website.
  • Recruitment- posting and managing job ads, working with recruitment companies when required.
  • HR - Staff and client onboarding, performance reviews, staff, and client contracts.
  • Working Hours are: 6.30am - 3.30pm or 7am - 4pm

WHAT YOU NEED TO BE SUCCESSFUL

  • 3 years + in a similar EA/Office management role
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills
  • Be able to multitask and prioritise tasks
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Strategic thinker and problem solver
  • Good communication skills
  • Proficient skills in
  • 3YRS XERO, Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook, Monday.com

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $70,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday
  • No weekends

Ability to commute/relocate:

  • KINGSGROVE, NSW 2208: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
