We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to join our dynamic team at Whitebream Australia. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in operations management within the disability services sector and be fluent in English. This position offers the opportunity to make a meaningful impact by overseeing and optimizing our organizational processes to ensure efficiency, compliance, and excellence in service delivery.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee the day-to-day operations of the organization, including service delivery, staffing, budgeting, and compliance with NDIS regulations.
- Develop and implement operational policies, procedures, and systems to streamline processes and improve efficiency.
- Manage and support a team of staff members, providing leadership, guidance, and professional development opportunities.
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of services provided to clients, ensuring adherence to NDIS standards and guidelines.
- Collaborate with other departments to coordinate service delivery, resolve issues, and achieve organizational goals.
- Prepare and analyze operational reports to track key performance indicators and identify areas for improvement.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of NDIS policies, regulations, and best practices to ensure compliance and quality assurance.
- Foster a positive and inclusive work environment that promotes teamwork, communication, and continuous improvement.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in business administration, healthcare management, or related field (preferred).
- Proven experience in operations management, preferably within the disability services sector.
- Strong knowledge of NDIS policies, regulations, and compliance requirements.
- Excellent leadership and interpersonal skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire team members.
- Exceptional organizational and problem-solving abilities, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
