- $80,000 ($85,000 for 4+ years experience)
- Parking Provided
- Based in Chippendale
A boutique Real Estate agency located near the landmark Central Park development, our client is housed in near new offices and therefore offers a Property Manager a lovely environment to work from and cosmopolitan offerings for lunch and lifestyle.
Duties:
- Day-to-day management of 100 residential properties
- Nurturing of landlord and tenant relationships
- Coordination of all leasing duties including advertising and opens
- Maintenance of properties and undertaking routine inspections
- Minimising arrears and all legislative
- 2+ years experience within Property Management
- Open to a Property Officer or Property Management Assistant stepping up
- Current Assistant Agents Certificate (Certificate of Registration) or License
- A current drivers licence
- Ability to speak Mandarin will be highly regarded
- Low maintenance portfolio of all apartments
- Close to bus, light-rail &train routes
- No car required!! 80% of the portfolio is onsite and there are car-share vehicles at the front door if / when needed (go-get and similar)
- Strong tech platforms – PropertyTree and Inspection Manager
