Casual Medical Receptionist.
We are looking for a friendly, professional receptionist to join our busy practice in Mosman.
This role will see you managing a busy front desk reception, welcoming patients to the practice, supporting health care professionals as well as general administration duties. Great customer service skills and telephone etiquette essential.
Key Responsibilities
- Greeting patients and welcoming them into our practice.
- Collecting & entering patient details into the database.
- Scheduling appointments.
- Answering telephone calls & enquiries.
- Administration support and other ad hoc duties.
The Successful Candidate
- Exceptional customer service skills with previous customer service experience an advantage.
- Excellent communication skills including a professional & personable telephone manner.
- Detail-orientated.
- Ability to multi-task and prioritise.
- Knowledge of Best Practice is an advantage.
- Ability to work as part of a multifaceted team and independently.
- Neat and professional presentation.
Experience preferred but all applicants with the desired attributes considered. Full training will be provided.
Hours of work and days will vary. We ideally need someone who is flexible and can cover extra shifts on other days when required.
