Segafredo Zanetti Australia Pty Ltd is now looking for a an experienced Technical Sales Representative to join their team.
The right candidate’s responsibilities include but will not be limited to:
- Establishing the technical needs of the customer and suggesting appropriate coffee machines and products;
- Explaining complex technical information to customers in a way that is easily understandable;
- Following up with customers and resolving any issues that may arise;
- Keeping customers informed about new products;
- Compiling proposals and reports related to technical products;
- Ensuring that sales targets are consistently met;
- Reporting to management about sales made;
- Updating records of customer communications and contact information;
- Building and maintaining relationships with clients through regular check-ins;
About you:
- At least 2 years of experience as a Technical Sales Representative;
- Technical knowledge or ability to learn how the commercial and domestic coffee machines work;
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills;
- Exceptional skills in selling products and closing deals;
- Knowledge of sales promotion techniques;
- Excellent presentation skills and a professional appearance;
