Project Manager vacancy with a leading residential builder specialising in developer led housing estate / masterplanned community projects

• Leading and established home builder specialising in developer led new estate and masterplanned community projects.
• The company has been in business for over 10 years and has won numerous awards for the quality of their projects.
• Build in various NSW locations around Sydney including Riverstone, Marsden Park, Box Hill, Werrington, Austral, Leppington, Oran Park, Picton and Wilton).

• The Senior Project Manager will report into the Operations Manager.
• As the Senior Project Manager, you will be the main point of contact for new project enquiries and will liaise directly with clients.
• You'll be required to manage the tender process through the cost planning team and once a awarded, manage the construction delivery from start to finish with the construction division.
• The Senior Project Manager role will offer a basic salary between $170,000 and $200,000 plus super.

• Manage tendering process including early contractor engagement and ensure processes and guidelines are adhered to.
• Plan, manage and monitor detailed design and construction of projects.
• Manage variations and progress claims.
• Ensure cost management, forecasting and reporting is completed as required.
• Identify, monitor and manage key project risks.
• Ensure a high level of quality assurance across all projects is adhered to.
• Contribute to the provision of a safe working environment by role modelling safety behaviours.
• Minimise redesign and rework during the construction process.
• Manage and coordinate a team of Project Managers, Cost Planners and Estimators.
• Build strong relationships with Construction Managers and Site Supervisors to ensure project deliverables met.
• Ensure team is adequately resourced.

• Relevant building or construction qualifications.
• Experience gained at Project Manager level in the delivery of residential construction projects such as new estates, townhouses, multi residential, units or apartments.
• Demonstrated experience of delivering project from tender stage through to construction completion and handover.
• Experience of client and developer engagement.
• Good stakeholder management skills.
