The Role:
The role offers the unique chance to oversee a portfolio of approximately 140 properties, free from leasing duties, trust accounting, or business development management. With dedicated support from a Brisbane-based Head of Department and the opportunity to engage in team awards and social events with colleagues across Queensland, you'll thrive in a collaborative setting that values camaraderie and support.
Duties:
Responsibilities will encompass overseeing entry and exit condition reports, liaising with tenants, landlords, and tradespeople, managing maintenance and repairs, and ensuring compliance, including attending NCAT proceedings as required.
Ideal Candidate:
Ideal candidates will possess 2-3 years of property management experience, proficiency in working autonomously from home, a strong work ethic, reliability, a valid NSW Certificate of Registration, and a driver's license. Excellent communication skills and the ability to foster professional relationships are imperative.
