The Company:Sydney based, this growing Tenant Advisory business covers all of Australia with focus of fitout and refurbishment. A "New Business Sales Representative" with Business Development duties is sought after to help create new business to an already successful portfolio.
The role:
- Effectively build and maintain a pipeline of prospective and new clients by thinking creatively and leaving no stone unturned
- Foster new client relationships with residential property managers and Fit Out contractors
- Cold call, meet in person, strategise and hold the ability to present on market strategies and reports to gain new and continued business.
- Provide outstanding customer service to newly acquired clients to ensure client retention
About you:
- Ideally a minimum of five + years experience in Business, Sales or Account Management
- Experience within Fitout is preferred, this is fit out with a twist,
- A high degree of energy, dynamic, self-motivated and desire to be rewarded with your hard efforts
- A proven record of meeting and exceeding targets
- Excellent negotiation and rapport building skills
- MUST HAVE a current and clean drivers license
- Experience in Construction within Australia is a must .
- You must have knowledge of in depth construction processes .
