Description:
A surgical specialist practice requires a Medical Receptionist/administrator.
2 locations; Kogarah ( Mondays and Fridays ) and Bondi Junction ( Tuesday, Wednesday and Thursday ).
Working Hours; 8AM until 3:30PM.
The successful applicant, who must be an Australian citizen or permanent resident, should have the following attributes;

- Reliable
Well presented with good people skills
Prior administrative experience ( with references ) essential.
Key areas of responsibility:
- Meet and greet patients
- Scheduling patient appointments and responding to enquiries
- Answering telephone calls and emails
- Filing
- General office administration as required for the role
We are seeking someone with an outgoing personality, excellent administrative skills and phone manner, and impeccable presentation.
