What will you do:

Reporting to the Senior Software Engineering Manager, you will be responsible for the timely delivery and quality of software projects, working in close collaboration with the software development team and other stakeholders. As a Project Manger, you will be responsible for coordinating and driving the development of software releases for Honeywell's industrial customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Accurately estimates work effort and develops management plans.
  • Facilitates, tracks, and leads day to day operations and program/project scope, schedule, quality, and risks and sees things through to completion.
  • Leads agile development process for the team.
  • Responsible for managing the whole project/release to deliver high quality software solutions on time.
  • Initiates and manages software delivery for a wide range of internal and external customers.
  • Influences others, provides direction, leads, and manages change.

Key Experience & Capabilities:

  • Minimum 2 years software engineering experience
  • Minimum 2 years software development project management experience
  • Familiar with analysis, design, coding, testing and support of software.
  • Strong experience with risk mitigation strategies on software development projects
  • Ability to lead and collaborate with a high performing team.
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering and software, such as Software Engineering, Mechatronic, Electrical engineering with credit average or above
