As the first point of contact, Armidale Regional Council is seeking Customer Service professionals who are committed to providing positive customer interactions and experiences. If you are experienced in Customer Service with a passion for continuous improvement, upholding Council values and positively embracing change, then this opportunity should interest you.
Based between Armidale and Guyra, no two days are the same. Responding to a diverse variety of phone, email and customer facing enquiries, you will be trained and supported to enable you to resolve these enquiries efficiently. You will be required to undertake cashiering duties, data entry, administration and will maintain up to date knowledge of Council projects and routine processes.
We have two positions on offer - one full-time permanent position and the second, an 8-month term position. Please note your preference in your application.
