We are currently seeking an experienced Project Coordinator /Contract Administrator to join the team, focusing on high-end commercial and residential fit-out and refurbishment projects.
Your day to day:
- Managing project documentation such as contracts, permits, drawings, specifications, and change orders.
- Preparation and distribution of project-related reports, memos, and correspondence.
- Assisting project managers in tracking project expenses, invoices, and budgets.
- Handling purchase orders, processing invoices, and reconciling bank transactions.
- Monitoring project costs and maintaining RFIs and change order files.
- Collaborating with accounts departments to reconcile financial data and ensure accuracy.
- Preparation of WHS documents as required.
- Preferred Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or similar field.
- Previous experience as a Project Administrator, Contract Administrator, or similar role in the construction industry.
- Knowledge of construction project management processes and terminology.
- Experience with contractor management software and proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- You'll be working with a construction company specialising in high-end commercial and residential fit-out and refurbishment projects, ranging from $550k to $3M.
- Salary guide: $110k - $140k plus superannuation.
- Full-time, permanent position located in the eastern suburbs, with most projects situated within the city/eastern suburbs area.
