We are seeking an experienced, motivated and talented Office Administrator - Personal Assistant to work closely with the National General Manager and National Support Team on a six (6) month maximum term basis.

Key Responsibilities

The key responsibilities include the following:

Completes a broad variety of administrative tasks for the National General Manager and other key stake holders including managing an extremely active calendar of appointments; completing expense reconciliations, composing, preparing correspondence and reports that are sometimes confidential; arranging complex and detailed travel plans, itineraries, and agendas; and compiling documents for travel-related meetings. Extensive travel management for the entire National Pets TeamComposing and preparing correspondence and reportsHR Admin which entails - composing adverts, advertising roles, shortlisting vacancies, organising medicals, offering the role and raising employment contracts Assisting our Human Resources Business Partner in weekly and monthly payroll that is provided by an external partyPrioritise conflicting needs; handling matters expeditiously, proactively, and follow-through on projects to successful completion, often with deadline pressuresProvide support to other managers in the National Support Team including with travel arrangements, expenses and all administration tasks requiredEvent Management and Town Hall Planning NationallyUniform Management Nationally

About You

The right candidate will have the following essential skills and qualifications:

Minimum five years’ experience in a Senior Office Administrator and Personal Assistant roleStrong interpersonal, communication and negotiation skillsExcellent organisational and administration skillsA proactive and flexible approach to workAdvanced skills in all Microsoft Office productsPrevious recruitment or payroll experienceSolution focussed and goal orientedCollaborative and works well in a team and across teams.
