About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Office Administrator/Receptionist to join our team. This is a full-time position, and you will be expected to work from Monday to Friday, 8am to 4pm in our Belmont WA office. The successful candidate will be responsible for the following:

  • Meet and greet guests as they arrive in the office
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming calls to the relevant departments
  • Document control, reporting and filing
  • Ensure reception area and warehouse is tidy and presentable and stocked with necessary stationery and materials
  • Provide accurate information in-person and via Phone/email to internal and external parties
  • Collect mail from mailbox, sort and distribute daily mail/deliveries
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures
  • Order office supplies, and PPE stock for warehouse and maintain levels as required
  • Arrange employee days including special occasions
  • Merchandise designing and ordering
  • Maintain updated test and tagging register for office equipment
  • Administrative support to HR, Recruitment, Asset Management, Field Service and Shutdown Departments as required
  • Assisting the recruitment team with occasional admin duties (saving documents, reference checks etc.)
  • Creating purchase orders and reviewing supplier and client accounts

Requirements:

  • Administration experience with strong attention to detail
  • Great time management, organisation and prioritization skills
  • Excellent verbal and written skills
  • Ability to work well under pressure, work in a team and think outside the box
  • Must have a positive attitude and willingness to learn
  • Previous experience within a similar role
  • Excellent safety awareness and adherence to policies and processes
  • Valid Driver's Licence
