The role:
We are looking for an experienced Storeperson/Driver to join the Stafford team in a senior warehousing position.
This is an admin-focused role so the ideal candidate will be experienced in administration around inventory management and have a knack for streamlining processes.
This is a permanent full-time role based in Stafford, QLD with the working hours being Monday – Friday 6am - 3pm.
Responsibilities include:

• Ensuring the warehouse is always kept in a neat and orderly state.
• Picking and packing orders for dispatch, ensuring all orders are dispatched accurately and promptly.
• Deliveries as and when required to customers using the company vehicle.
• Administration around the processing, invoicing and inventory of the branch.
• Liaising with all members of the sales and warehouse teams to ensure streamlined warehouse processes and maximum efficiency.
• Ad-hoc duties around the branch as required – assisting with counter sales and administration.

To be successful in this role:

• Must be an Australian / New Zealand resident or citizen. Sponsorship is not offered for this role. (No temporary visas, unfortunately)
• You are an admin oriented with previous warehousing experience.
• Hold an Australian class c driver's licence.
• You are motivated and driven team-player, who shows initiative and works well both independently and within a supportive team.
• You possess exceptional customer service skills, and your communication abilities are second to none.
• You are great at managing your own time and prioritising your workload.
• You are confident in your computer skills and possess a high attention to detail - you notice errors quickly.
• You possess good multitasking skills and thrive under pressure within a fast-paced professional team environment, where a sense of urgency matters.
• You are committed to developing new skills and keen to grow your career under the support of the company.
• Be comfortable with being on the go throughout the day and physically capable of picking and packing up to 25kgs as and when.
