Leichhardt State School was opened in 1959 and has long served the communities of Leichhardt, Wulkuraka and One Mile.

Role:
Responsibilities include, but are not limited to:
- Manage enrolment process
- Manage Accounts Receivable
- End of day banking
- Assist Deputy Principal with TRS staff
- Assist with the management of facility hire
- Liaising with external contractors
- Manage key register
- General administration duties
- Other duties as directed by the Principal or Business Manager
The successful candidate should possess:
- One School, ID Attend and BEMIR knowledge
- Strong organisational, time management skills and attention to detail
- Operate autonomously to undertake day to day office procedures within well-defined policies and utilise information and management systems to support effective and efficient reporting and administration
- Be driven to build a positive, welcoming and supportive school culture
- Provide a comprehensive range of executive and administrative support services including preparation of accurate and timely reports, correspondence and other documents where necessary
