Exciting opportunities have arisen for a Senior Business Analyst to join the Better Revenue Outcomes team in Revenue NSW Digital Taxes.
As a Senior Business Analyst, you will contribute to the Better Revenue Outcomes initiative supporting data-driven projects. This exciting and innovative program will transform our approach to compliance and enable us to derive the maximum benefit from the data we have available to protect revenue for the State.
In this role you will:
- Identify and analyse existing business processes, systems and other functional requirements to document and recommend improvements to enhance business operations and performance.
- Liaise with the internal customers and stakeholders to review and monitor effectiveness of tools, systems, methods and standards to ensure consistency and quality of outcomes.
