We are seeking a highly skilled GIS Technical Business Analyst to join our a busy government business, as a key member of our team, you will play a pivotal role in technical specifications, stakeholder engagement, solution development, testing, and system integration. This role offers a dynamic environment with opportunities for growth and flexibility.
About the Role:
- Review technical specifications and test cases, conducting "as is" and "to be" analysis.
- Act as the subject matter expert (SME) in GIS (Geographic Information Systems), engaging with stakeholders to understand their requirements.
- Collaborate with the MyLLS (spatial) vendor to aid in solution development and testing.
- Influence and negotiate with internal and external stakeholders to obtain consensus for change initiatives and prioritize business objectives.
- Conduct testing to ensure the efficiency and effectiveness of implemented solutions.
- Design and maintain efficient documented requirements for system integration and implementation.
- Align integration specifications with cross-stream functionality.
