About the Team:


The Training and Development Team focuses on delivering high quality development opportunities for our staff and our external customers. Through research, stakeholder engagement and collaboration with senior leaders across Finance, the team delivers corporate training programs, leadership initiatives, as well as procurement, contract management and legislative training programs.


About The Role:


The Senior Training and Development Coordinator manages the development and implementation of best practice training and programs aimed at improving the capability of the sector, external agents or advisors, and Finance employees.


About You:


We are looking for people who can:



  • lead others and collaborate to meet the needs of a wide range of stakeholders
  • be a talented and dynamic leader with experience leading projects and initiatives, and able to inspire an already amazing team
  • undertake research and analysis to give succinct advice to senior leaders.

While training and development qualifications, skills or experience may be an advantage for this role, we are keen to hear from people who believe they have transferable qualifications, skills or experience and are looking to apply and further develop them within a training and development environment.
