Our client is an entrepreneurial RTO and established for-purpose organisation who have community development at the heart of all its services.
Due to their continued success across Australia, our client requires an experienced Business Development Coordinator to join their dynamic team.
ABOUT THE ROLE
As Business Development Coordinator you will be an integral part of the business operations across Adelaide, with a primary focus on maintaining quality and ensuring an efficient and profitable operation.
Your role will be pivotal in cultivating strong connections with both existing and prospective clients, driving course sales, and nurturing long-term relationships.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Build positive relationships with existing Adelaide Metro and Regional SA customers and contacts to drive increased student enrolments;
- Build and develop new business relationships with potential client cohorts;
- Identifying opportunities for increased revenue;
- Work with Training Manager to develop a local sales & networking plan;
- Attend networking events and expos that can include school and job fair events;
- Maintain up to date administration and Salesforce data entry;
- Provide assistance and support with the application and pre-training review process when required.
SKILLS AND EXPERTISE
- Possess a current NDIS Screening Workers Check and NDIS Worker Orientation Module Certificate;
- Have proven business development / relationship coordination experience;
- Excellent communication skills and the ability to identify and match client needs with training solutions;
- Possess a familiarity with Salesforce or similar software;
- Have an understanding of industry demand / skills shortages and / or adult education / training experience;
- Be able to operate and manage tasks with a high level of autonomy.
