Job DescriptionYour goal as VIP Services Assistant Manager is to create exceptional guest experiences right across the Resort. This role is responsible for overseeing daily VIP Service functions in conjunction with the VIP Services Director. You will provide support to the VIP Service team ensuring smooth and seamless operations, as well as having a strong focus on VIP and loyalty guests at all times.
Key tasks include:
- Daily liaison with guests and VIP’s, working with relevant departments to ensure smooth guest transition and recognition.
- To provide a warm sense of welcome and departure to all guests, with a focus on VIP guests, regular guests, long stay guests, members of Accor marketing programs and guests celebrating special occasions by maintaining a contact point to assist them during their stay.
- Encourage a spirit of innovation within the department to deliver bespoke and personalized luxury experiences to our guests.
- Assist the Director of VIP Services to engage and lead the VIP Service team.
- Managing and ordering of stock through the appropriate purchasing system.
- Proactively & reactively respond to in-house guest priorities or requests, supporting the Assistant Managers with service recovery as required.
- Assistance with planning and roll out of the holiday programs and resort experiences
- To create quality awareness and communicate quality requirements, policies and procedures to all process owners within the hotel and make sure these are understood and well displayed.
