Description:
Job PurposeOur client is seeking a Lead Financial Specialist/Consultant to join the Affiliates & Structuring Advisory Division within the Group Treasury Management Department. The successful candidate will lead the review of corporate finance matters for affiliates, evaluate intra-group lending optimization opportunities, and demonstrate expertise in financial modeling and debt financing.
Responsibilities
- Conducting valuation and financial modeling exercises
- Advising on debt financing and other financial instruments
- Evaluating intra-group lending and tax optimization strategies
- Demonstrating strong negotiation skills
- Communicating effectively with all levels of the organization, including mentoring new hires and presenting to senior management
- Hold an MBA or equivalent degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, or a related field
- Have a solid understanding of corporate finance principles and practices
- Possess experience in Mergers and Acquisitions
- Demonstrate excellent communication and negotiation skills
