What your exciting days will look like:
- Leverage data and conduct customer research to understand customer needs.
- Develop new customer lifecycle marketing initiatives through experimentation.
- Build relevant messaging and experiences across channels to engage and retain customers.
- Localise and adapt messaging across multiple international markets.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional customer experiences.
- 3-5 years of marketing campaign experience (preferably in customer lifecycle marketing).
- Deep customer focus with a passion for understanding and delighting customers.
- Strong communication skills to craft compelling messaging for customer journeys.
- Data-driven approach to decision making and campaign optimization.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a matrix environment and influence cross-functional teams.
