We are looking for a Service Express Coordinator to join our Operations team. This role will see you take sales orders, manage inbound and outbound calls, arrange freight, record and maintain our CRM and provide technical advice to both internal and external customers.
This full-time position works across a 5 day a week, 7:30am to 6:00pm rotating roster
Responsibilities:
- Provide accurate and timely processing of sales orders
- Manage inbound calls in a professional manner
- Process credits and stock transfers for error rectification
- Make outbound calls to existing and new customers with a focus on increasing sales
- Manage enquiries, redirecting to appropriate business departments when required
- Assist with arranging freight, including returns, transfers and delivery timeframes
- Assist internal and external customers with technical product and application advice
- Identify and feed leads to the infield sales team
About you:
- Strong communication skills
- Strong attention to detail
- High level of computer literacy with familiarity of CRM’s and Microsoft Office
- A focus on providing exceptional customer service
- Have a solution focused mindset with the ability to multitask
