Exciting opportunity for an experience and enthusiastic customer service professional who is fluent in English and Mandarin

We're seeking a dynamic Customer Service Consultant – Chinese Speaking to join our clients team and represent them with enthusiasm and professionalism.
As the face of their company, you'll provide exceptional service to their diverse clientele, including Wellness Advocates fluent in Chinese and English.

Responsibilities:
  • Create a welcoming and positive customer experience at the front desk.
  • Respond to phone inquiries and direct calls efficiently.
  • Assist customers with orders, inquiries, and product information.
  • Provide personalized recommendations and upsell our products.
  • Maintain the appearance of the reception area and assist with directing visitors.
  • Support event coordination and in-house projects.
  • Handle customer orders accurately and process payments securely.
  • Demonstrate proficiency in product knowledge and our internal systems.
Requirements:
  • 2-3 years of customer service experience.
  • Fluent in English, Mandarin Chinese; with proficiency in reading, writing, and speaking.
  • Familiarity with WeChat communication platform preferred not essential
  • Strong computer skills, including MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
  • Positive attitude with a focus on exceeding client expectations.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
