Workshop Foreman / Heavy Vehicle Mechanic Company vehicle Onsite – Fingal VIC In this busy role, you will be responsible for the maintenance on various earthmoving equipment through to repairing skip bins and associated fixed plant. A company vehicle is provided as you will be working across three locations from time to time.About You:
- Relevant Trade Qualification in heavy vehicles/earthmoving
- Previous experience in a similar role will be highly regarded
- Hydraulics, electrical fault finding and welding experience
- Strong initiative and an ability to work autonomously
- Good communication and organisational skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Work safely and effectively following safety guidelines and procedures
- Ensure fleet is maintained and compliant with company standards
- Maintain service records and documentation to a high standard
- Conduct preventative, scheduled maintenance and repair
- Maintain inventory stock and order parts
If successful, you will be required to undergo a pre-employment medical along with drug and alcohol testing. Evidence of driving record/history may also be required.
