The Opportunity
An exciting role has become available in the Sheridan Marketing Team as an Assistant Producer. In this role you will support the Marketing Creative Lead with photoshoot production, product organization and asset delivery for all seasonal image requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Coordinate photography crew, models & locations via agents for availability and management of crew holds/bookings.
- Manage seasonal budget and track processing of invoices
- Project manage all seasonal imagery data to ensure all products have been captured and delivered in required formats for the season.
- Manage contracts & safety requirements for photoshoots
- Coordinate timelines for image delivery based on internal business calendar deadlines.
- Production experience
- Experience with using/maintaining digital asset management systems
- Strong Excel experience
- Project management experience
- Experience in managing relationships with key agency partners
