About the Role

With a people focused approach to continuous improvement, the Senior Manager Business Services leads and manages the business services team, providing capability to enable the organisation to operate as a “well-oiled machine”.

This is a newly created role, reporting to the General Manager Governance, Legal & Risk, will see you responsible for an organisation wide process improvement framework. You will play a central role in proactively supporting strategic goals and initiatives.

Providing central management and coordination of business function activities which support headquarters functions and the executive team, this role is critical in ensuring that efficient systems are in place across the organisation to provide timely and accurate information, support administrative functions, executive and senior teams.

The Senior Manager Business Services is integral to increasing CFA's efficiency practices to enhance effective, innovative, and driven assurance standards and processes.

About You

The person week are seeking for this role will be a dynamic individual with a tertiary qualification in business administration or relevant field, complemented by substantial experience managing process improvement frameworks within large, diverse organisations.

Proven leadership skills are essential, as demonstrated by a track record of motivating teams to deliver exceptional customer service and embrace continuous improvement.

The ideal candidate will possess strategic acumen, adept at influencing and advising business leaders with superior communication and negotiation skills to drive strategic outcomes.
