Description:
- Complete acquisition tasks and achieve performance targets. Regularly submit acquisition progress reports and market analysis reports to team leader.
- Participate in formulating the company's acquisition strategies and development plans.
- Develop acquisition objectives and coordinate team efforts to achieve them.
- Maintain good cooperative relationships with landlords, intermediaries, and clients.
- Analyze market dynamics regularly and forecast acquisition trends.
- Provide strategic insights for the company's business development, demonstrate familiarity with market conditions, and offer unique perspectives.
- Coordinate with institutions and channels, and independently establish cooperation intentions with new intermediaries as required. Contact institutions and channels to facilitate property connections.
- Identify and secure clients, expand into new areas, and establish connections with new area intermediaries. Goal: Establish cooperation intentions with new intermediaries while targeting potential clients.
Personnel Background & Relevant Experience Requirements: Candidates must have prior experience in real estate-related work, including experience in property acquisition and leasing.
