Position Overview:
We are currently seeking an experienced and dynamic B2B Client Acquisition Manager (CAM) on behalf of our client, an exhibitions stands builder based in Sydney. This leadership role requires a strategic and results-driven professional who can lead a team of lead generators and spearhead the acquisition and expansion of our client's esteemed clientele.
Responsibilities:
- Design, develop and manage a team of lead generators to achieve and exceed client acquisition targets.
- Utilize your industry expertise to identify new business opportunities and potential clients in the exhibitions stands building sector.
- Develop and implement comprehensive client acquisition and expansion strategies to drive sustainable business growth.
- Implement data-driven approaches to enhance sales efficiency and effectiveness.
Requirements:
- At least 2 years of experience as a lead generator in a B2B sector.
- At least 2 years of experience in building, developing and leading sale teams as a client acquisition manager.
- Demonstrated success in leading and managing high-performing sales teams.
- Strong understanding of the sales process, lead generation.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Results-oriented with a track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
