We are a Specialist Dental Practice located in Epping NSW. We pride ourselves on being extremely friendly and offering quality specialist dental services and we are looking for a warm, friendly and experienced Dental Receptionist. The Position is a casual position for Monday, Wednesday and Friday. There may be a permanent role available for full time (5 days) in the near future. The successful candidate would have some experience as a receptionist or a dental assistant and English speaking and writing is a must. We will be providing further training to adhere to our clinics standards. Our Clinic is located very close to Epping Train & Metro Station.
Job description as follows:
- Taking calls in a friendly and polite manner
- Acting as the first point of contact with patients ensuring patients feel welcome in a friendly and professional manner.
- Making calls and managing patient appointment books
- Taking payment (Hicaps, Eftpos)
- Other reception ad hoc duties
- Chair-side assisting the dentist when needed.
- Maintaining and cleaning practice facilities
- Sterilizing equipment

- Prior experience preferred (at least 1 year)
- Proficient in English speaking and writing
- Well presented (uniform will be provided)
- Able to multi-task
- Kind and gentle manner
- Not a student (we would like to work with someone long term)
