Full-time and Part-time Dental Receptionist roles are available in Gregory Hills
We are a modern specialist dental (endodontic) practice looking for a motivated and reliable communicator to become part of our small and friendly team. Our practice prides itself on making endo relaxed and interesting.
The role will include:
- Greeting patients and managing appointment scheduling and follow-up calls
- Liaising with other dental surgeries who refer patients to our office
- Managing databases of patient and referrer information
- Planning and executing events (lecture evenings, charity days)
- Assisting with infection control and sterilisation
High level customer service experience, a positive, friendly attitude and good time management skills are critical.
Relevant experience in a Dental or Medical reception role is highly desirable but comprehensive training will be provided. A trainee role can also be discussed for motivated but inexperienced candidates.
Pay: $26-32 per hour depending on candidate's level of experience, plus super. Rates of pay may be less for the trainee position initially.
Hours:
The position is 4-5 days per week. Applicants must be available for our standard business hours: Monday to Friday from 7.30am to 6.30pm
