Temporary Recruitment Consultant - Real Estate and Property
Due to an internal promotion, Gough Recruitment is offering the rare chance to take on a true hot desk, working as our temp/contracts consultant in our Sydney office.
Gough Recruitment was established in 1989 and is the market leader in Real Estate & Property Recruitment.
With a true 6 figure earning potential, base salary + commissions, this is an excellent Monday to Friday role, with training, support, and ongoing career progression within our team of 70+ staff internationally across 6 offices!

The Role. Working Monday to Friday, your role will consist of;
- Booking candidates in for temporary work assignments across our real estate and property desks
- Business Development to win new jobs
- Negotiating temp rates with clients & candidates
- Interviewing candidates / building a talent pool
- Reference checks
- Various administrative duties
- Collaborating with other Gough staff across shared client portfolio
- Is an enthusiastic and motivated person, who is driven by success
- Is quick, efficient & task orientated
- Is an excellent communicator with good mental capacity
- Can think on their feet and make decisions
- Recruitment or Real Estate experience is preferred, but not essential
- Ability to work full time
- Will have some sales or recruitment experience. If not don’t worry we are very happy to train you in the art of Recruitment
