About the role

TAFE NSW is looking for suitability qualified, experienced, and passionate subject matter experts in Real Estate to share your industry knowledge and expertise with an engaged student cohort. You will become part of a highly driven and successful team at Ultimo campus who work collaboratively to achieve students’ success.

As a Teacher, your role involves guiding and empowering a diverse group of passionate students. Your mission is to help them achieve their personal and professional goals while also fostering their growth through a well-crafted educational and career plan.

About You

To excel in this position, you should bring substantial teaching experience in the Real Estate (Property) field. Your readiness to guide a diverse group of enthusiastic students toward their individual and professional aspirations, while creating and executing educational and career plans, is essential. Strong communication skills are also a key asset.

To be successful in the role you will:

  • One of the following industry qualifications:
    • Certificate IV in Property Services CPP41419 or higher
    • Diploma of Property (Highly Regarded)
  • Have a minimum of 3 years relevant and current post qualification experience.
  • Hold TAE40122 Certificate IV in Training and Assessment or equivalent.
  • Be prepared to continue to develop their Vocational Education and Training (VET) knowledge and skills as well as their industry currency and trainer/assessor competence.

Highly Regarded:

  • Class 1 or 2 Real Estate Agent's Licence in NSW
  • Willingness to obtain Certificate in First Aid
