The role
The Assets Branch provides building, property, fleet, and facility related services to departmental locations in the CBD, metropolitan area and regional centres.

Drawing on your experience, you will improve the efficient and effective utilisation of the vehicle fleet to ensure the fleet is safe, fit for purpose, the right size, leaner, and greener.
You'll monitor and develop strategies to maintain the Department's fleet cap requirements, manage fleet management information systems, registries of drivers and Home Garaging arrangements, and respond to vehicle accidents and mechanical repairs.
In addition, you will coordinate the preparation of the annual motor vehicle budget, data collection for the purposes of FBT, the Departments vehicle replacement program, and receipt invoices from leasing contractors, State Fleet and other contractors.
