About the role:

Reporting to the National Business Manager, you will be responsible for driving growth in Procter & Gamble and other client’s categories across National Metcash , Foodworks and state based MSO’s . You will develop and implement Joint Business Plans (JBPs), promotional programs, range reviews, distribution, and display strategies through alignment with our partners. This effort will be supported by our Category Manager and our dedicated independent field team, covering over 900 of the top stores.

Whether you are early in your account management journey or an experienced National Account Manager or Key Account Manager – if you are committed to driving outcomes and eager to learn in an agile team, this is the role for you.

You are looking for a part time role 3-4 days per week in the FMCG space.

You are customer and execution focused and recognise that success in Independents demands trusted partnerships, paired with commercial acumen to navigate the complex channel dynamics.

Above all, you're a team player who takes ownership of your business, aligning behaviours with our core values.

Working Environment:

We have a culture of being in-market, meaning being where customers, retailers and our clients operate. This is the coalface, where the business actually happens and we generate the best creative ideas that deliver sales growth. However, collaborating and sharing knowledge as a team is also vitally important, so we have 2-3 days designated to meet in our beautiful office at Walsh Bay right on the water.

An attractive total salary package of between $100,000-$130,000, dependent on experience, is on offer (pro rata'd to the days worked).
